This notice explains cookies and similar browser storage used on the TSD Defne website under Law No. 6698. The data controller and contact details are stated in the Privacy Notice.
1. What are cookies and browser storage?
Cookies are small values stored by the browser for a website. Local storage performs a similar preference-memory function but is not automatically sent with every web request. Both may contain identifiers or preferences and may therefore involve personal data.

3. Optional categories
Analytics, performance and marketing categories are off by default. As of the update date, the site has no active third-party analytics, optional performance or marketing integration. The settings panel retains these categories for future configuration; enabling an empty category does not itself load a third-party tool. If such a tool is introduced, this table and notice will be updated and it will not load before the relevant choice.
4. Your controls
On first visit you may Accept All, Reject optional categories or Manage Settings. These choices are presented at the same level. You can later withdraw or change your choice by clearing this website’s cookies and local storage in your browser and reloading the page; the consent choices will then be shown again. Withdrawing a choice does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
5. External links and transfers
Clicking an external link such as WhatsApp or maps takes you to a service controlled by another provider. That provider may use its own cookies under its own notice. TSD Defne does not load those services inside this website merely because the link is displayed. Any later overseas transfer by TSD Defne will be handled under Article 9 KVKK.
6. Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies and site data from browser settings. Blocking the essential session cookie may prevent forms or security functions from operating. Clearing local storage resets theme, accessibility and cookie choices, so the consent banner may be shown again.
7. Changes and contact
The table is reviewed when site technology changes. Questions or requests may be sent to [email protected]. In case of inconsistency between translations, the Turkish text prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
